Elpe Apartments Hochsauerland is located in the heart of Sauerland, a stone's throw from Winterberg and Willingen.
Are you dreaming? Our lodges are located on the edge of a small authentic village, surrounded by endless forests.
Our own mountain stream, the Dormecke, flows through our large garden with several waterfalls. From every apartment and house you have a view of the garden and you can hear the water rustling and the birds chirping. You can hardly get closer to nature!
Our garden borders directly on the forest where various hiking trails start, you can walk right in! And who knows, you might spot a deer...
But despite the peace and quiet, all the attractions of Sauerland are nearby!
Winterberg with its cozy center, large ski area, climbing forest, toboggan run and many amenities is a fifteen minute drive away.
But other major attractions such as Fort Fun amusement park, the Ramsbeck visitor mine and Bruchhauser Steine are also nearby.
Various walking, cycling, car and mountain bike routes have been set out directly around the village.
Elpe Apartments Hochsauerland offers 11 spacious, bright and modern holiday homes and two group accommodations that will immediately put you in a holiday mood! All apartments are complete and equipped with, among other things, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, complete kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area and a spacious south-facing terrace or balcony with a view of the garden and the woods.
Of course we have free WiFi and TV with all international HD channels, so you don't have to miss anything!

Haus Hohenstein can accommodate up to 32 people in 7 apartments. You can get together comfortably in our large group room with kitchen and in the large garden.
It is possible to rent the entire house as well as a number of apartments with the group room.
Experience the luxury of a cozy holiday together, but still the luxury of your own apartment!
Haus Steinmarkskopf can accommodate up to 25 people in 11 bedrooms, a large kitchen and
2 spacious living rooms. In addition, there is a big sunny garden terrace with bbq and picnic benches.
The house was completely renovated in 2020 and can only be rented in its entirety.
Ideal for large families, groups of friends or seminars!
In addition to our group accommodations, Elpe Apartments Hochsauerland has several separate apartments for 4 to 6 people. All apartments are comfortably and modernly furnished and have their own kitchen, bathroom and balcony or terrace on the sunny south with a view over our garden and the valley.
Haus Hohenstein has 7 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. These apartments were completely renovated in 2014-2016.
Haus an der Dormecke has 4 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. These apartments were completely renovated in 2020-2021. These are bookable from July 2021

In winter Sauerland turns into a white fairytale landscape. The mountains are ideal for a skiing holiday, tobogganing, cross-country skiing or visit the cozy Christmas markets.
